Why We Need a Third Party

  1. Why We Need a Third Party
    1. No party would have complete control, and all parties would need to communicate and negotiate with one another.
    2. As a result, we will never have another autocrat like Trump again.

Trump is a Criminal

  1. Trump Violated the Emoluments Clause
    1. Earned over $2 billion.
    2. His children have done over $18 billion in deals.
  2. Trump has violated Freedom of Speech
    1. Attacks on Jimmy Kimmel and other comedians.
  3. Violated the War Powers Act by declaring war on Venezuela and Iran without going to Congress.
  4. His tariffs violate the Constitution—taxation is the responsibility of Congress.
  5. He interfered and continues to interfere with our elections.
    1. This is a states' rights issue.
    2. Violation of the 14th and 15th Amendments and Article II of the 12th Amendment.
    3. Article I, Section 4 (Election Clause)
      1. 52 U.S. Code § 10307 – Bans voter intimidation, coercion, or threats.
      2. 18 U.S. Code § 371 – Conspiracy to defraud the U.S. (often used in election interference cases).
      3. Voting Rights Act of 1965 – Enforces protections in the 14th and 15th Amendments.
  6. His insurrection after his first term is sedition and is punishable by death.
  7. Trump has violated Due Process.
    1. 5th Amendment of the Bill of Rights.
    2. 14th Amendment – Going after his enemies is a violation of equal protection and constitutes politically motivated enforcement.
  8. 6 million Jews died because the German people did not stand up to Hitler.
    1. Hitler put 27,000 Jews in concentration camps in his first year.
    2. Trump has put 75,000 people in concentration camps in his first year, and only 17,000 had criminal records.
    3. Trump has violated the Constitution (Number of times) – then list.
  9. Trump is incompetent.
    1. Handling of China.
    2. Handling of Iran – APOAC.
    3. Threats to take over Greenland.
      1. Violation of NATO.
      2. Threats to leave NATO.
  10. War Criminal.
  11. Trump is a racist.
  12. Jeffrey Epstein – Is Trump a pedophile?
  13. Failure as a businessman.
    1. All he knows how to do is scam people.
    2. Defunct University.
    3. Selling of Bibles, meme coins, etc.

Our Strategy: We embody the ideals of democracy and equality, reminding us of the countless individuals who have fought valiantly throughout history to secure these fundamental rights. We are called to acknowledge the sacrifices and strive for a future where freedom truly prevails for all, uniting us in our quest for a world free from oppression and injustice.

Join The Movement

Reduce debt

  1. Financial Plan to Reduce Debt
    1. Stimulate the Middle Class
      1. Reduce taxes for the middle class and increase taxes on people who earn over $2 million per year.
    2. We can reduce our budget by $1 trillion if we:
      1. Let people on welfare go to work and keep benefits.
        1. Pay them 50% of the wage people who are not on welfare receive.
        2. Reduce benefits by 50% of any wage increase they receive.
        3. Create drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers as well as mental health institutions.
        4. Stop cost-of-living increases to encourage people to go to work or enter a mental health or rehabilitation facility.
      2. Move all medical expenses to Health Savings Accounts.
        1. Charge higher rates for people who smoke, drink, or are obese. Approximately 50% of claims are due to these conditions.
      3. Don't allow Senators and Congressmen to receive compensation for approving bills.
    3. Create 3% annual growth.

How we are going to Accomplish this:

    1. We need to create a Team to review the Structure of our government that approaches this with as much integrity as our founding Fathers did. They did an amazing job but this was 250 years ago. Our present structure is to rigid inflexible and broken
    2. The Team will include professors in:
      1. Political Science
      2. History
      3. Economics
      4. Historian
        1. Domestic
        2. Internation Studies
      5. Psychology
      6. Constitutional Law
      7. Economics
    3. Create a course in redesigning our Democracy
      1. Give Students areas to research
      2. Make them part of the solution
    4. Create a Podcast that we hold at different universities each month and get students to participate. We want their ideas. We want them invested in fixing their country. It now belongs to them.
    5. Write a book together that will be basis for our movement

Apolitical Central Committee

  1. We must separate the Money from our Congressman and Senators - We will accomplish this by creating an Apolitical Central Committee that will:
    1. Review all legislation with Government Accounting Office (GAO) before it can go to President for signature
      1. Will plan work
      2. Financially viable
      3. No unnecessary components or riders. Legislative riders may not be added without approval from the Central Committee.
      4. Get approval from the Government Accounting Office.
      5. Does long-term planning and finds solutions to problems so we are not limited by our 4-year election cycles (This is like China’s Central Committee)
        1. i.e. addresses impact of Artificial Intelligence
      6. Monitors bills annually to see if they are functioning the way they were intended, and
        1. Submits amendments to bills as needed to modify the plan so that it will accomplish the objective for which it was intended.
      7. Take away corporations' direct access to our Senators and Congressmen to approve bills, giving final approval to an apolitical Central Committee.
      8. Give them an advertising budget to sell ideas to the public to counter ads from other organizations and/or businesses.
      9. Restructure government operations.
      10. Members of the committee will have Top Secret clearance, and their identities will remain confidential to prevent outside influence or bribery.
      11. All laws requiring government funding must receive three competitive bids and be reviewed by the Government Accounting Office. The appropriate department heads, including military leadership where applicable, will participate in the review. No funds will be released without approval.
    2. Give Congressmen and Senators Secret Service protection to make sure businesses cannot pay them to submit bills that are not in the best interest of the public.
      1. Give Congressmen and Senators a raise to:
        1. Offset the money we are taking away by not letting businesses pay them to submit and approve bills.
        2. Use this as a cudgel. We will run people for Congress against those Congressmen who vote against the bill.
      2. Require Senators and Congressmen to meet minimum requirements to run for office. These would include:
        1. Must pass courses in Political Science, International Economics, International Studies, and Constitutional Law.
        2. Law Degree preferred.
        3. Must take tests, the results of which are open to the public:
          1. Personality Profile
          2. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (Looks for Psychological Disorders)
          3. Personality Profile
          4. Aptitude Tests
          5. Basic Intelligence Test
    3. Make sure reserves for Medicare and Social Security are in separate accounts that cannot be used for other purposes so that the investment of that money helps fund both programs.
    4. Congressmen and Senators will not be allowed to receive donations from corporations or SuperPACs above an established limit.
    5. As a result:
      1. Gun Control will get approved
        1. Over 60% of Americans want stricter gun laws.
        2. U.S. has 12.8 to 13.2 gun deaths per 1,000.
        3. Europe has approximately 0.5 to 2.0 gun deaths per 1,000.
      2. Abortion Rights will get approved
        1. 60% of Americans want abortions to be legal.
        2. Lost earnings: approximately $68 billion annually associated with abortion bans.
        3. Additional Medicaid births and pregnancy-related care: hundreds of millions to several billion dollars per year, depending on how many births result from abortion restrictions and the states involved.
        4. Other public assistance costs (food assistance, housing, childcare, and healthcare) add further costs, but there is no universally accepted nationwide total.

Call to Action

We are economically conservative and socially moderately progressive. We bring creative solutions to reduce our national debt and meet our social responsibilities to our citizens. We embody the ideals of democracy and equality, reminding us of the countless individuals who have fought valiantly throughout history to secure these fundamental rights. We are called to acknowledge the sacrifices and strive for a future where freedom truly prevails for all, uniting us in our quest for a world free from oppression and injustice.
