The United Nations gives money to many poor countries including Palestine and the Sahara countries. Most, if not all, of the money goes to the people who run the country. This money must be sent directly to the citizens of those countries.
The United Nations must build or create offices where people can go and confirm who they are and receive a bitcoin wallet so the money will be sent directly to the individual. This process may also be used for Israel to send the Palestinians money for food. We must make sure it never gets to Hamas or the government of the Sahara countries.
