The anger the Palestinians have with Israel will take two generations to correct. This is like when the Jews left Egypt. I am not religious, but that story has always stayed with me. God allegedly said that the Jews needed to stay in the desert for two generations. He said it would take two generation before an entire generation will be born out of slavery. I think it will take two generations to get a group of Palestinians to view Israel differently. The average Palestinian earns about $3500 per month. I recommend that Israel give every person in $300 per month in food stamps. $300 per month is significant for people at that income level. I think they will avoid going war to avoid losing the subsidy. The grocery stores must be manned by someone we trust to make sure the credit can only be used for food and cannot be converted into cash. I know this cannot be Israel. The United Nations can operate them. We might also give each person Bitcoin wallets. However, this opens the possibility that these people could give it to Hamas. I don’t know how likely that will be since the people need the money for basic necessities.
